What information do we collect?
When you fill in any form on this site, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email, city and area, age group, and how you heard about us. If you apply for a job or as a creator, we also collect the details and files you upload (such as a CV or media kit). If you register a shop or sign up as a driver, we collect the shop or vehicle details you give us.
Why do we collect it?
To contact you about your request, to send you Mashi launch news and offers (if you joined the waitlist), to count the friends you invited, and to learn which ads or platforms bring people to us so we can improve our marketing.
Where is it stored and who can see it?
Your information is stored in Google accounts (Sheets and Drive) owned by Mashi, and only the responsible Mashi team can see it. We never sell your information, and we only share it with service providers we need to operate (such as email and messaging services), and only as much as needed.
Cookies and measurement tools
We may use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to count visitors, see where they came from, and measure our ads. These tools place cookies in your browser. You can block them in your browser settings and the site will still work.
How long do we keep it?
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for, then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, or stop our messages. Contact us via the contact page or on WhatsApp and we will act on it within 7 days.
Under 18
If you are under 18, let a parent know before you sign up. We do not use information from people under 18 for targeted advertising.
